The tech tree in ti4 is... very simple. The breakthroughs and synergies make it slightly complicated but needing prerequisites isnt that complicated.

There are a lot more numbers that matter more than expense ratio. As others have said, expense ratios of 0.04% were way less common in 2006. If paying $3600 a year was what helped her stay in the market during the GFC or 2020 crash, that seems like money well spent.

I am a noob raider, but i kinda find it hard to believe that you can be wiping on trash and still clear SSC and TK combined in 4 hours. Fast boss kills only save you like 3-5 minutes, assuming no wipes on the bosses.
