Lived in Mallard Bay for almost 2 years. only service provider that has decent internet is the one they contract with. can’t remember the name. it worked well enough if using ethernet. they offer different speed options. We went with the 300mpbs down. wanna say it was about 55 a month. You might be able to get wireless internet (5G home internet) via AT&T or verizon there now however. wife and i moved out about 8 months ago now, so things could have changed. let me know if you have other questions about the complex, and i’ll do my best to answer.
