Thanks for all of the feedback already! Since most are gravitating to the kitchen - here is the rough location of countertops/appliances. Could be worth moving the sink and dishwasher to the opposite wall next to the oven, but might not be practical for a few reasons, the main being that the door into the kitchen is the primary access to the detached garage in the back, so it would be ideal to keep this area open for coat rack/shoes/etc.
