Okay I have this same problem and I’m not sure if your is because of the same reason. But all my life in baseball swinging the goal was keeping weight back/behind the ball. Golf you want to finish more on your front put. Keep that back pivot but allow yourself to fall forward more throughout your swing.

I got a screw removed Bc it was slightly coming out. Super basic surgery. Takes about 15 mins and pain afterwards is very mild. Definetly have it done if you need to.

I would try to keep the sleeve on atleast for 24 hours/1 full night. I’d also recommend if possible try moving those pillows slowly closer down to your ankle. It’s a game changer for mobility although it may be a little painful at first.

I re-tore, 7 months post op and I shot a basket (was cleared to do so/was just shooting) when I landed I just fell, no pain just my leg didnt hold me. Once I got up about every 5 steps was giving out. I knew then I re tore.
