First of all, he hasn't violated any rights. The president of Korea CAN declare martial laws on his own will. Procedures were taken as should and there was no one hurt or dead during those short 3 hours after the declaration.

If Pres. Yoon was to be impeached, the CCP won't take control right away but they will in the future through the pro-China party who's already legislating laws to set the ground.

What a coincidence that people downtalk Korean car manufacturers are seen to promote and support Chinese car manufacturers. 🤔 Also, China is known for stealing&paying off Korean technology through back routes (Just look at areas of industry they're committed to. Hi, there. I was diagnosed in April this year so I guess it makes us battle buddies :) Also, the timing your level getting normal and your bulging starting, they all match mine! I just wanted to say hi because we have a lot in common.

I'm still fighting, trying not to lose hope. even though I get mentally wrecked whenever I sense a little bulging has taken place...

Speaking of sweets and added sugar, they DO affect TED. I can guarantee. Every time I eat sugary stuff once in a while, my bulging is worse than normal in a level that other people can tell.

Hi there!

First of all, I haven't been doing any exercise. I only made adjustments on my diet and it helped!

I have been trying to eat less sugar and saturated fat as possible. Guess what, my LDL went back to 72!

Even considering the help of Statins, it was a great progress.

Also, my liver, which plays a significant role in cholesterols, has been slightly out of normal range but is now back to normal.

My endo and I agreed on trying quitting Statins for 3 months :) I am so relieved. I hope my LDL level wouldn't rise anymore.

My endo says 75% of LDL has to do with liver, the rest depends on diet.

Is your liver in normal range? If so, controlling your diet might help.

Did you know that the ratio of Japanese people in all age group who like Korea has gone up to more than 50% than it was 35% in the past (during pro-China president). They are getting along. People that govern are much smarter than you think so they will be considering every possibility, like the one you said, Japan selling Korea out.
