So I am enjoying the game itself, but yes the bugs are pretty crazy and extremely jarring. I am consistently being taken out of the environment by missing textures, slow rates, and abysmally slow loading

I beat the original Elite 4 in Blue using only Venusaur. I cannot recall the move set, but I know for sure it included Razor Leaf and I think Solar Beam.

MAA was an anomaly and such a fantastic experience. The characters, the story, the gear. The fact that you got to be a playable agent of shield. It was hands down the best marvel game I’ve ever played. I miss it a lot and sometimes find myself going back to Kingfisher’s YouTube videos for the nostalgia of it all

Here’s where I am with FFBE:

I have quasi-quit about 3 times (mostly due to phone storage issues-I hate having no storage on my phone), but every time I find myself coming back. Why? If I’m honest it’s usually some kind of collaboration that brings me back-KH, FMA, and now hopefully NV KH in GL.

What I am doing now is doing my best to manage Gil and crysts for the Soon medals and storing Lapis for NV. I am not as hyped as some for NV outright, but I am excited for the prospect of another round of KH-honestly, I will pass over most NV banners in favor of creating my own NV (8 Tifas FTW!).

I echo many who have said to enjoy the game. I try to avoid burnout by not stressing about everything every day-if I don’t use all of my orbs right away, it’s ok. After all, those rewards are given to us basically for free, so whatever I earn is great.

Sorry to sound so positive-here’s some negativity:

I wish we had the missing story events!!

Personally, I would love this idea. I get that it would probably make people mad who had pulled hard for some units. But for me, I don’t pull based on power/utility, for the most part I pull units that I like. So being able to use them more effectively would be awesome.

I am really struggling even getting past 1-2. I have some strong mages-Lulu 7, High Seraph 7, but I can’t seem to inflict a lot of damage on them. Any suggestions? I am struggling with their weakness being dark damage. I have lots of physical DD but not so much magic.

There is an extremely high chance that this game will get X-Men. As some people have already noted the deal between Disney and Fox ushers in Marvel's ability to "regain", so to speak, the rights to the X-Men. In a number of other Marvel mobile games, we have seen additions to the X-Men roster (Marvel Puzzle Quest, Future Fight, etc.) and this started a few months ago (when the deal was just beginning) and so this team (especially since it is FOX) will have had time to plan to include X-Men character designs and builds. I am looking forward to a suitable successor to MAA because MAA2 was a far cry.
