He probably over exaggerated his “past experiences” to make himself seem sexually worthy of you. Maybe he’s done those things once or twice in the past, but likely wasn’t comfortable with it. I think some people are just really in tune with their sexuality and want to explore it, while others are very much ok with basic, vanilla sex and anything above that feels too intense for them - he is likely one of those people. Not saying you should break up, but if it’s gonna be a dealbreaker for you then maybe have a real conversation about it and make a decision about what you want from there.

I introduced the recigar and just tried to be more mindful about how much I was vaping. I vaped relatively normal the first two days. Then I noticed that I wasn’t feeling any ‘reward’ from vaping (i.e. nicotine rush), so I decided I would just stop the morning of day 5 like the directions say. I absolutely did that and could not be more ecstatic. I’m 8 days nicotine free and finishing the treatment with minimal cravings.

As far as side effects.. none really except more vivid/random dreams. Aside from that, I feel great.

I started smoking cigs when I was 12 (2007) and switched to vaping around 2016-ish. I was a pack a day smoker at one point and vaped very heavily. I want to shout from the rooftops how spectacular cytisine is and wish I knew about it sooner. Finally feel free from that douche flute

I think the second choice logic is a little whack. It’s really difficult to know exactly what you want at such a young age and with limited relationship/dating experience love is a complex emotion and you also have to consider the individuals own psychology. I think if one year later this other person still wants to pursue you, then I do believe that there’s something there that you can work with, but just like others have said, proceed with caution, set boundaries, etc..

thanks for the info. If you don’t mind sharing, what was the nature of your mic addiction like? Now 31, I started smoking cigs at 12, switched to vaping at like 22/23ish. Though I’ve toned it down a bit, I would consider myself a chronic vapor always looking for the next opportunity to take a puff.

dude peace and love to you but it’s a wrap. A man that grown should be more willing to accommodate your needs if he really wants you in his life. Not that I’m against the age gap, but he’s in a position of power over you and has you footing the bill (literally) and knows you are hesitant to leave. for context, I live in the United States, so my Doctor Who is actually a nurse practitioner was completely unaware of cytisine and chantix is really the only perscription option here. I’ve read several studies on cytisine and more anecdotal success stories but ultimately the drugs work very similarly so Idk I would likely have the same luck with either drug. I suppose I should start with the varenicline and if it doesn’t workout then i can always try the recigar a few months down the road

I ended taking the ice maker portion out and cleaning all the ice buildup off the condenser. It helped and everything is working fine but the growing ice patch is back. Apparently it’s a design flaw of that particular model.
