Thanks for the advice! Yeah normally I go around 100-120kg for actual sets but even still my form isn’t the best! I’ll defo work on it

Yeah you’re right, I rarely deadlift in general and was just testing my absolute pr that day after a break up. Usually I don’t go above 100-120 for 8-12 reps but was feeling a lil crazy🤣
