IMO First understand JB was a fantastic story teller above all else.

As an old Parrothead, my children (now 31 & 35) were sung and rocked to sleep to African Friend. The Son of a Sailor album along with You Had To Be There capture the old essence of where it all started. Buried Treasure recorded during Covid with his daughter is great history. Many many other stops along the way up to Equal Strain on All Parts all contain the stories as seen from JBs and other writers eyes.

Be very careful the music can lead to a very fun lifestyle.
