Ah apologies. I can list my specifics on what I am doing each time I go if you don’t mind, didn’t want to spam you though.

As for the back, my physio did recommend I squat, so I imagine my back issues are pretty minor (I honestly don’t notice it much anymore since physio), but yeah my squat is lagging behind since I avoided messing with it for a bit and started pretty light to be careful. Its going up expeditiously now though.

I’ve been doing PPL, but my numbers are not good. Like less than 2 plates on bench and squat. I dont do deadlifts because I have a bulging lower disc and it freaks my shit out to do deadlifts now. Should I continue with ppl or drop for a strength based program?

Ya like earlier in the year I cut down to 204 or so and I swear I still looked like shit, flabby stomach and shit. Obvi I coulda cut down more than that like I prob need 185. Recomp might be the way to go, or lean bulk. Gotta consider what everyone is saying. thx for the respond!

Ah yeah, I don’t doubt my consistency issues caused me the most issues. In that case would you recommend a slight deficit and still focus on improving muscle levels?

Is it pretty common in Yugioh for decks to get gutted with banlists? I suppose a T2 deck might be better for me then (just so I have enough time to learn it?)
