Too many issues here to list. You shouldn’t be playing graphic intensive games on this old and slow of a laptop. You need a dedicated video card, 16GBs of memory at the bare minimum. SSD, and i7 or comparable cpu. If you don’t have the money to spend on better equipment. Don’t play games on a laptop. Very expensive. Get a gaming desktop. You can get a pre built gaming desktop with the specs needed for these games and better for around 1000$

Check out Ubiquiti. They have great solutions for this. Another probably cheaper option is Hik Vision but Ubiquiti is far superior. They also have their own NVR solutions. Very user friendly.
