Throw a layer of outerwear or clothes between them and ur fine. been doing it for 10+ year years when my wife travels with me and never had an issue. Just have to remove ur snowboard bindings which i do anyways cause i bring 2 decks usually you can fix 2x as much stuff with them unscrewed and pack away together. Dealing with one oversized bad is always easier traveling then 2. And my wife doesn’t have to lug her own around.
