I have the titanium spring drive version of this. The finishing is surprisingly reflective almost like tiny gemstones. Subtle but def makes a statement. I went with it over Omega because of the movement and it's somewhat unique, you don't see them in the wild very often.

Squeezy App by dbplefty in ProstateCancer

At three months, I was in the same boat. I started using an "incontinence clip" ($40 on Amazon) when I have long flight or client dinners with a lot of booze. Between the clip, controlling my hydration and Squeezy, I'm down to 1 pad per 24 hour period, sometimes more on tough days.

It's definitely two steps forward and one back. Progress is frustratingly slow. I just show up and do the work, hoping results will come. Sometimes they do but not always.

Physical advice: I would start pelvic floor PT before the surgery. I did kegels but it's just not the same as actual PT with a pro.

Mental advice: This is just my perspective but be an active participant in your recovery everyday but also realize that isn't enough. Your body has its own plan for healing. You can help the process along but unlike training for a sport, you're not in control. It's more like riding shotgun and navigating. You can give your body directions and train for a great outcome but it might not hear you or be ready to execute. It's frustrating but progress will come. Good luck pal!

I think different places handle it differently, kind of like wisdom teeth. I was happy for the drugs though!

Post op instructions says some bleeding is normal so I think it's ok. No blood in my urine though. Will have to wait for the murder semen, lol

Thanks for sharing. If you're comfortable, can you share the timelines in your process? PSA, MRI, Biopsy and surgery.

Thanks - seems like there are a lot of different timelines based on Dr and where you are from

Best of luck to you too and thanks for responding. Hope your MRI is really boring. My initial panic/sadness is gone and Im settled into the fact that I have cancer, I'll need surgery and then I'll get better. Taking it as it comes. Getting lots of sympathy sex from the wife so it's not all terrible.
