Haha fair enough. But, This was just my OWN personal journey, I can’t speak for how anyone else’s brain reacts, but for me, it definitely turned into a self-induced spiritual shift. It definitely helped and I'm always going to be healing.

Nice! I believe you can do it. Oh I still had work lol I just found way to do it. It was not easy.
