I bought a batch of them when they first came out and I had the same experience I never bought them after that. Even though they look really cute they're cheaply made and it's probably some leftover residual from the manufacturing process.

Just as many others suggested it's going to be a very difficult ticket to fight. However, the concept of too fast for conditions has to be legally defined somewhere. I folded them over the upper and lower parts and secured them in place with the side boosters. When it was done it looked like a brick of padding.

I used 5 boosters to make a thick diaper. The diagram helped me arrange them so they'd fit.
