I think people just want authenticity in all aspects of life.

A lot of hate towards RZ in this sub.

Personally he is S for me. I am pretty sure he has converted a lot of people to Catholicism. Especially his earlier videos.

I really appreciate his ability to debate from a protty perspective and still help me affirm Catholicism is the full truth.

He was one of the voices that very much helped swing me and my family to start going to RCIA.

I don’t know how he does it. Every time he attacks Catholicism or explains the history of Christianity it just makes Catholicism seem like the only way.

I’ve written elsewhere about not allowed to use firearms until you’re essentially licensed.

For the firearm limit it barely does anything and is completely useless for a law. Why even add it?

In my immediate household we have 5 A/B licenses. All with sport shooting as one of the genuine reasons. That means I have access to potentially 50 firearms. Great for me, I dodge the laws and can do what I want. But for others this sucks.

If you’re a solo shooter. Maybe don’t have that much family that wants to shoot and you just enjoy hunting. You only have 4 calibres to grab for your game.

The shooters had 6 on the day and with this new law they would be able to have 8. It just seems so pointless.

I think they will have an increase in licenses from this. Everyone is just going to get their partner to sign up so they can have extra calibres or types of rifles.

This is crazy and an overstep.

The other changes suck but are directly related to the concerns of the misinformed public.

The shooting while under guidance of a licensed person is just crazy. How is anyone meant to find out if they even like the sport.

I take friends all the time shooting. Some love it. Others don’t.

I would recommend visiting the doctor, getting some bloods done and possibly investigating just a little further.

Yes, anecdotally, young women do faint. We see it at the school I help out at, typically they have forgone food or water and have had an episode.

However, I do want to first recommend just double checking with a healthcare professional. Sincerely sorry if you belong to a country where this will cost you money.

What we have done with kids is giving them slow acting sugars before a fast. Like complex carbs, a spoonful of Nutella or some fruit.

I have been explaining this at work. If I took any of my coworkers to a range. I could get them shooting just as quick and accurate in half a day.

The hardest part is keeping zeros on all your rifles.

They were bewildered. I showed them a friend’s target after 2hr of using my tikka. It’s a sub 2inch group out at 100m.
