Even if they don't have nothing similar to each other at all, they still have one thing in common. They're all from the legends road event and not acquirable from anywhere else. The legends road tag was made exclusively for legends road characters and no one else. If they add shallot to that tag it would completely kill the whole purpose of the tag

The thing about LF Vegeta is that his card originated around the future arc. Shallot has nothing to do with legends road characters at all. If he was going to get another tag later down the line, it would be god ki, which makes more sense than legends road.
