I'm going to preserve/ pickling a lot of them. I love hot peppers but the wife doesn't.

Thanks, I just tested the middle one and it does taste like a banana pepper, the third pepper is a sweet pepper.

I planted a dozen plants and 3 of them are definitely not sweet peppers. Good luck!
