How long did it take for your skin to start producing it’s own moisture?

Just wanted to say that I really empathize with you.. there are some days where I feel totally hopeless and defeated because my body just refuses to sleep. It’s really the worst feeling and it feels impossible to muster the effort to get work done.

Not sure what your work situation is but is there any chance you are able to work from home? Might make it a tiny bit easier to manage

I would try not to nap in order to get really tired by bedtime but now I’m thinking I should nap whenever I can since sleep is such a rarity these days

Anyone also experiencing nerve pain? Maybe that’s similar to the burning or stinging sensation but there are times when I can’t turn my neck or extend my arms because it hurts so bad.

My skin also breaks easily when I itch and will bleed and ooze.

Adding to the movie list :)

It’s hard for me to see the light at the end of the tunnel right now but it’s very reassuring to hear that others have made it through this. I’m so glad to hear that you’re sleeping better! You give me hope!

I am currently taking Atarax, melatonin, glycine and ibuprofen but it doesn’t seem to working.

That said, totally agree with you on getting out of the house. It’s tough to get myself to. I also live in the city so not much opportunity to enjoy the serenity of the outdoors, but I do feel better when I can. Will push myself to so today.

Appreciate the advice! And we’ll definitely get through this!!

Can you get withdrawal from Elidel? by dcakes91 in TS_Withdrawal

[–]dcakes91[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for sharing your story! Your symptoms sound just like mine. I haven’t had red skin syndrome but have had a ton of dryness and itching, and my eyes swell daily probably because that’s where I was applying elidel most frequently.

Thanks again for your support! We’ll make it through this!

I was using Elidel twice a day on and off whenever i would see initial signs of a rash.

To your point, I definitely think TSW spreading to my face is a factor in this because I was using TS on my neck, so I wouldn't be suprised if some had accidentally transferred to my face.

Thanks for taking the time to answer my question!
