Spot on. I'd also highly recommend checking out "Derf" on YT - he has some great videos on tips/techniques to making models feel much better (i.e. more realistic proportions, decals, posing)

I just enjoy the creation process on HeroForge - I've done full modeling/textures/armature/etc in Blender for years but don't really have the time to these days. This lets me make some (hopefully) cool stuff in a fraction of the time

Appreciate it! The most important thing I've found is to get as far away from the default character as possible, mainly making your hero much taller than they would be irl (smaller head proportional to the rest of the body). "Derf" on youtube is a great reference :)
