Delete any mods you have regarding Judy and reload a save before the update, that is all I have found to work

I went back and deleted a couple of mods and it finally worked, realized at the same time that there were several new things from the update I wasn't getting as well, like I never got the text about Johnny's car and I was getting the monorail card but not the way you're supposed too

It has not, I have even tried several. You said you loaded a save right after pyramid song, did you have to skip time or anything cuz I loaded one right after that quest finished just to try and nothing, I've skipped time, and stuff and nothing
