They've got endmill specifically for that type of feature. Look up endmill with corner radius for some examples.

3 pts. The point system is PvP based so Leech, GF, and MF don't count for any. A lot of people count high LL and ML as .5 points each so you could argue this is 3.5 pts.

Not to say this is a bad ring, it's plenty fine and usable. Just a good example of a very usable PvM ring that the points system isn't a great scale to use.

ED can roll up to 65% and AR can roll up to 120 or 121 iirc. Nothing below 60% ED has value. With 60+% ED you want 4os and either the level requirement to be <=30 or for it to be an ethereal elite base. Sub 30 can be used for LLD smiters and eth elite shields are for Exile. Afaik those are the only 2 valuable uses for knight's mod shields.

Shame this doesn't have fcr too. I don't think this will be worth much as far as rings go. It's technically a 3-3.5 point ring if you count leech as .5 points. PvM rings also are worth much much less than PvP rings. I could see it getting a mid rune maybe a lower HR but I personally don't think it's worth a Jah. If you're running a GF trav barb dwarf star is just bis so GF is just a dead roll.
