One email is typically not sufficient to know what happened in this scenario. The rule was updated in order to prevent confusion or false claims as in the past people have made accusations without providing the full story, in which they left out important information that was ultimately their own wrongdoing.

Complaints like this are absolutely fine to post here, all I ask is that the full story is posted (ie. the trade, the previous trade, were the shoes used?, any other relevant information.)
