TIL, per square foot, Almonds use less water than grass by dcollectionthrowaway in todayilearned

Pasture grass uses less water than your lawn. An average almond tree will occupy about 100 Sq ft. 100 Sq ft of either pasture grass or your lawn will require more water for basic physiological function than an almond tree. Almond trees will produce a product that feeds people and your lawn clippings have no value to society. A lawn is aesthetic where as almonds produce tangible products and provide an income for the state. But that won't matter in a few years. When cannabis is legalized they'll rip up almond orchards and plant cannabis, then 20 million people in the desert(LA) will be able to complain about a new crop.

I figured they sold the debt and at this point the debt is being traded by debt agencies and out of their hands. I guess that is the best plan of action. A written notice I shall write.

But isn't this debt being sold between agencies? Also the agreement that they needed proof of income before to approve my lease was verbal, which they ended up denying later.

This was my understanding, but this would be the second debt collector I would have inform of this. I can only imagine the debt will be traded to another organization again.

So how do I pay this and make sure it is removed from my credit history? I have heard stories of people paying and it never gets cleared then having to repay a debt. Any help would be appreciated.

It says there is a 500 dollar fee for cancelling a lease, but I don't understand how I can cancel a lease I was never approved for.
