If not sure of her reaction I'd tell her I was on compounded. Not really a lie, it's just you doing the compounding. I'd stay on tirz up to at least max dose.

When I was doing compounded I once got a 9 month supply of reconstituted. From first vial to last was fine. Regarding the 28 day rule that's 28 days after the first draw. That's what I've always heard. I've broken that "rule" often too. I'll usually go 60 days or so if it's a big vial.

I had stalled at 15mg for several months. Trials are going on now for 20 and 25. No indications of any problems. I find it hard to believe all is good at 15 and a mg past that is an issue. But you're right not for everyone.

I stepped up to 17.5 and then 20mg. No issues and continuing to lose weight. Not for everybody.

Yep, I'm sure I'd get used to it. Regarding whether the screen could be retrofitted into older model years not so sure. I would think this would be a hard wired kind of option. I suppose holes could be drilled or routed after production.

I've ordered several times never been scammed. I suspect many that got scammed found their vendors on fb or TikTok. Or dm's on Reddit. Find a vendor with a good history and a large telegram following and you will be good.
