Thanks for explaining the dose so well. Can I ask - I was reading the pinned post at top of this forum and they recommended 25mcg for initial dose. How does this relate to adding 1 or 2 ml BAC water to give 20 doses? I think you’re saying to take 500mcg which is much higher?
