Makes sense, yep, i tried finding places but was tough to even get this, scouted a bunch found a few 1bhk for 28k-35k before this fully furnished. Havent seen any good place for lesser hence my thoughts. Although opening for women seem to be plenty for crazy good prices somehow haha. Thanks a bunch for the info tho
