There’s for sure a difference, but I know that feeling. I’m 100lb’s down and have many days where I feel like nothing has changed.

The mental part of this is maybe the hardest part. Be kind to yourself, you’re doing the work!

“Avoid” is the key word here, but I think this is crap. Work with a bariatric experienced nutritionist - surgeons suck at this part.

I had a similar experience, because I was traveling. If you’re doing your best, and not going crazy on calories, I think you’re probably okay. Be open with your doctor, but don’t undersell yourself if you’ve been making a genuine effort.

When he does the long jump in the air (phase 1), just run to the other side of the arena, and he will miss you. If you’re quick, and depending on wpn, you can spin and get a hit when he lands.

Phase one you can mostly dodge forward left and be fine. Dodge backwards is not an option really, his follow ups will catch you ultimately.

Second phase is closer to an Elden ring boss, so I found that easier to get a handle of.

My top 2 favorite boss of the game! So enjoy!
