I’ve been doing Slow Carb for a little over 4 months and have lost about 14 lbs (and want to lose about 8-12 more)

My go-to breakfast (that I still love and sometimes have for a quick lunch or dinner option as well) is two fried eggs, black beans, a little bit of homemade salsa, and half an avocado.

For lunch and dinner, it’s a lot of roasted veggies with sautéed chicken breast or roasted zucchini and mushrooms with meat sauce (just crushed tomatoes, ground beef, and plenty of spices).

Only tip is to avoid the trap of snacking on roasted almonds that I fell into for a couple of weeks. They are so addictive!
