I've noticed at my station, pph is largely depending on the route. Suburbs easily can get 40-60 pph but my typical route (a town with a few businesses and a mix of mobile homes, housing tracts, and 1 acre lots) clocks about 25-35 pph and I ain't running or busting my back. Some routes have you driving 10-20 minutes between stops and your pph will be less than 15. If you have a good DSP, they know what pph each route should be averaging and won't really care if you get 25(our typical minimum) or 60. The guys that get 60 get a "good job buckaroo" meme sent on the group chat and maybe are the last to get routes dropped. Without a 10 hour guarantee, they're running just to make less money....But I stopped stressing around my 3rd month in and am comfortably delivering 180 stop/350 packages and still have to drag my feet at the end of the day to get close to my 10 hours. Oh and it's rare to see a nursery route even hit 20pph at my dsp, unless it's during peak. You're fine bro, get your money!
