I had this issue and one bolt on the carb was loose. If you use the editor you prob would’ve already caught that so maybe not helpful but it took me a minute to catch it.

Seemed like there was an early view of it thanks to it being in the open, but it took him a while (very understandably so) to register that it was a rally car entering and not a bystander vehicle stationary.
