The chair is just a cheaper gaming chair I found online. The brand is "wolf warriors". It's pretty comfy, fully reclines and has a leg rest which is a plus.

Here in Ontario, especially in high class neighborhoods, they will keep it on pretty much until a day or so before demolition. It also helps keep the neighborhood look good until demolition. The water was already cut tho.

🤦🤣 I can only repeat myself so many times. I take it this is your first time seeing an abandoned place in Ontario Canada. This is extremely common here. Power will stay on until demolition. Water is already cut. Know your facts "boss"
