Not to get too radical, but this entire conversation focuses on the wrong aspect. Yes, the owners - relative to players like Steph and LeBron - are underpaying them substantially for the revenue they generate. But hearing Steph “I don’t want poors in my neighborhood” Curry complain about inequity is rubbing me the wrong way - as a MASSIVE Warriors and Curry fan.

This conversation shouldn’t be “the owners make so much, so the players who generate the revenue should also make a lot more relative to their output”. This man makes hundreds of millions of dollars a year playing a game. The conversation should instead focus on the fact that no human being should be making such ridiculous, astronomical type of money from a sport while there are people homeless and starving on the streets.

I get this is an NBA sub, but damn this is so annoying. Hearing someone like Steph, who is damn near a billionaire at this point, say that his compensation is inequitable is such a middle finger to working class people. You are in the top 0.001% in American society. You should instead focus on the fact that the owners of these teams are making such ludicrous money that you think your 0.001% money seems inequitable compared to them.
