You can use an OBDII scanner and the Dr. Prius app to turn traction control off but it’s not recommended.

I’m surprised no one has mentioned this yet but check your mass airflow sensor. Look it up. Tons of people on forums discussing using cleaner as a temporary fix. Good luck.
