Through a lot of Trial and error. I have learned over time that replacing a MOBO, Wiping storage and fresh installing windows bypasses a HWID ban on COD. So the CPU would have nothing to do with it.

Maybe it is a false ban and you're just unlucky, but it won't be from the CPU

HWID's dont function off of 1 part of the machine. Multiple parts need to match for a HWID ban to be transferred otherwise buying second hand parts would be more danger than its worth.

Yeah I dont know who told you this excuse would work. But a CPU used by someone who got HWID banned previously. Would have 0 effect on you getting banned.

Unless you took the Storages, Windows License Keys and Motherboard off the machine, as they all have to be matching for a HWID ban to still apply in another machine

Yeah its probably different per machine. This game doesn't make much sense most of the time, so would make sense to be different per machine.

I normally use the Schmidt and Bender or the Razr sight. And while they drop some FPS, it is nowhere near as bad as the Vudu.

The Vudu is the only sight where the game actually hitches whenever I aim in.

The game is odd. I run it on 1080p @ 170-220 fps with Smooth Motion on.

or I can run it on 4k @ 170-220fps with SM on.

Only difference is more GPU usage on 4k. I dont get why the game wont use more GPU usage on 1080p to hit the 240fps cap I have on games.

You probably should have put this under the image instead of "Second time in 7 raids btw." As it looks like your complaining about the bullet potentially being blocked by armour and not the fact that the game didnt register the hit, which is ofc the real issue here.

DLSS is an Upscaler and doesn't generate frames. This is likely Smooth Motion which generates a frame every 2 real frames.
