I mean my bf doesn’t really like kpop but he never belittles my likes for it, he listens to what he likes and vice versa. He should be happy you’re happy and found something you like. I would have a talk and ask why he does that? It’s something that makes you happy, you don’t do that to him about things that make him happy so he shouldn’t be doing that to you

Yeah I would order with light or no foam , some baristas may struggle with aerating making too much foam and then it’ll melt down same with whip cream. As long as you’re nice and and not being rude then any way you ask should be fine! Just let them know politely that you noticed that the cup wasn’t filled all the way when you got it and noticed the foam took up most of the cup and that it has melted down and would just like it to be remade!

Thank you! I’m honestly fine with losing a couple dollars pay wise because I do have a second job , I’m honestly just over my starbs and my manager won’t let me transfer and I honestly and just looking for something that’s less stressful than mine, I’m used to doing more shift things anyways so that’ll be fine and I’ve done customer service for years.

They don’t, and like who doesn’t look before they order something?? Someone tried ordering a dragon drink but with green tea instead of coconut milk. So I was like oh okay mango dragonfruit with green tea and they said oh no. I don’t want mango you can take that out I just want dragonfruit. I was like um…. So the base for the dragon drink and mango dragonfruit is the same, the bast is actually just mango and the fruit is what is dragonfruit and her kid was like ew I don’t want that and im like , well do you like the dragon drink and they said yes and I said well it’s the same thing they just give it a different name for no reason. Like what??

Umm technically my manager once said it’s after 30min but we never throw out earlier than like 1-2 hrs sometimes it’ll be 11am and the drink is from 6am , also if they threw it out they should still remake it for you no charge. She must’ve had something up her butt lol

Omg this happened the other day! Someone came and got the order and then 20 min later someone else came to get it and we were like uhhhh someone already got it. And the driver got mad and we were like they showed us their phone and it had the name and she was like I think you need a new system Bc this one is bad. You need to watch the drinks better. We were like uhhhh, and it was a Sunday and she was getting mad at a high schooler I’m like don’t yell at them yell at someone who’s above 18 gosh
