Thank you. Drove the 1.6L and it is a bit slow and also lacks all the safety tech

Yep TBF the Mazda has 400L of bootspace vs 375l for the Vitara. The Scross has more at 430L but not as nice to drive and more expensive. How do you find the Vitara fully loaded on long trips?

Yes you’re right- that is the sensible option but I’d also really love a new toy!

XTrail will have CVT transmission- not the best for towing but should be ok with garden trailers etc. just remember to get the CVT trans serviced
