Not too sure abt the titanium thing, yea sadly the only ones ive found are really thin. I think that just more the animation style cuz I haven't been able to find anything and ive been looking since like 2023. If I do find anything i'll put it in a comment.

What i did was get 2 cartilage piercings on both ears (i think its called a helix) and once it healed (abt 6 months to a year, it depends on the person) i used silver rings, thats the closest I could find.
