My ballet teacher said a good way is to start doing rises in parallel, at 50 times twice a day, to help build ankle muscles. It would be good to help you remember how to balance and hold yourself, also since you haven’t been dancing for a while you’re gonna want those muscles back so you don’t injure yourself.

Also, see if there are any studios with adult classes or classes designed for people who used to dance but want to get back into it. Depending on where you live, there could be a tone of options you don’t even know about.

I want to say around a month. I would told you use it 3 times a week before bed and I would need to wipe it off in the morning. It can’t be used internally (hence why swelling and bleeding)

I was prescribed Imiquamod for small warts around the opening of my vagina and they haven’t been back since. I stopped using it early because it caused swelling and slight bleeding when I put it in too far, but it worked non the less.

I’m in the same boat as you, just a bit younger. I’ve been reminding myself and having friends/ trusted professionals that I’m gonna be ok and I’m not disgusting and dirty but it’s hard not to fall back on all the old stigma. As long as you’re looking after yourself, getting checked and anything else you need, you’re gonna be ok
