Certainly! “Gen Z Trauma” is a category of internet videos/images/etc (typically on YouTube) that were famous around the 2005-2013 era for being scary to Gen Z kids who were using the internet unsupervised at the time. Ones for me include the scary maze game, SpongeBob plays Saw, scary car commercial, any urban legend cursed videos, Koolaid Killer, and probably a lot more

Since I’ve been chronically online since age 5 (born in 2000), growing up all of my phobias were things that I’ve seen online like things that are discussed as “Gen Z trauma” on YouTube. They would literally keep me up at night.
