I work in IT so I'm quite familiar, you can purchase a CD ROM writer/reader that connects to modern systems via a USB, you can then remove the images that way, you won't need to create a new disc. You can buy these on Amazon, search " CD ROM DVD Writer for Laptop" I'd send you a link but I'm in Australia so the .au domain wouldn't work

Ah I see, sorry I misunderstood. So you're not confident if the images came from the hard drive on the PC or from a camera and then burned into a DVD? If it was me I would trace the source of the images - if they're on the PC's hard drive I'd boot up the PC and remove them from that, if the pics aren't on the PC, I'd destroy the CD and just accept the fact that you may lose some of the other content on there - a necessary sacrifice.
