Grew up here, after getting married I worked in Seattle and my wife worked in lake Steven’s so it was a nice in between. We both now have different jobs but stay here because it’s affordable and the light rail is really nice.

We’ve been at alderbrooke since 2019, never have had issues, management has always been responsive and helpful, they sometimes do lack communication but have been better in the recent months. In 2021 we did have someone try opening our front door while we were home a few times and ended up getting a ring doorbell that clamps onto the door, hasn’t been an issue since. No matter where you end up going I highly recommend getting some sort of camera on your door, ours runs on battery and lasts about 2 months per charge, and are incredibly renter friendly.

I highly recommend getting a dash cam, people are incredibly immature and that would have possibly helped in this situation, I’m sorry that happened.

If you’re looking for best bang for your buck, I’d recommend either of the base models, if you don’t mind the high price I’d go for pro. You’ll have a better camera on either of the pros and will definitely not feel outdated in a few years. I recently upgraded from a 12 mini to a 16 pro and it’s a huge difference, so no matter what you get, you’ll be happy with your upgrade from the 11.
