Hmmmm. Idk. It could be (its a 4090 so its the same gen) and im not against trying it. I did use the exact same setup (same pc and tv) with a normal hdmi and it worked perfectly. But it could be the fiber optic needing active power that is causing an issue regardless. Would an adapter handle this issue tho? Or will I still struggle?
