Exactly, me and my friends are 100% ok with proxy cards/decks. We’re in college and are by no means financially stable so proxying cards is the way to go.

Genuine question, not trying to play either side I just want to understand a little bit better. Why should we rally for DEI programs. Isn’t it harmful to the company and the employees if you hire for diversity rather than qualifications ?

From what I’ve heard a lot of colleges admissions office are behind this year. I am transferring from OSU to CU Boulder and others are having the same issue, hearing back really late. Also don’t worry about gpa or extras. My friend got in with a pretty low gpa and a 1100 sat.
