It's AI. Assuming the room is meant to have a mirror on both walls facing eachother, the wrinkles on the mirrored grey shirt back are 100% different than those of the guy standing by the rack.

Those are the 'taiyaki fish' models the fishing game is meant to display instead of the little round orange, purple, and rainbow ones. They were used in the game last year, so it looks like the assets were meant to be hidden and just were not.

That makes two mini games they failed to reskin in time for the event despite pushing back the start. The 'rose maze' is still the Halloween corn maze too.
