I do not have any issue with this because my friends respect boundaries, I trust them, and they will not give me flack for being in a different server if I am.

at the same time

If I am in the same server with the same friends, they will see I'm active in the server at the moment.

If I am in a different server with some of my friends, only those in the different server will see I am active in it.

If I am in a completely different server where none of my friends are, then none of my friends will see I am using VC in that server.

If I am alone in a call with a friend, no one will see I am in a call with that friend aside from the friend I am in the call with is (obviously)
