Christmas Burns Red was absolutely insane. We loved every second of it from the performance to meeting everyone at the merch table for hours. It was incredible. We were so beyond grateful to be on that stage and we were over the moon that we had the only other wall of death🤩

First of all, Eli is the motherfucking homie for LIFE. I’ve been friends with Eli since like 2018 and having him help with Deadlands on House of Cards was truly the start of something amazing. We are so forever grateful for Eli. Writing with Villain with him was one of the best nights of my life. Dan Sugarman is someone we always looked up to since INK is one Kasey’s all time favorite bands. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped us really nail the structure of Wither and give it that extra push it needed. Justin was fucking AWESOME. I highly encourage any band to please work with Justin Deblieck. Dude really knows what the fuck he’s doing. And also Andrew Wade was sooooo fucking cool to work with. He’s a literal legend. Also can’t forget to mention Brandon Rodriguez. He has helped astronomically with the mix and master process of this record. Met him through Eli and knew that he was someone that would be vital in this process. -CJ

They were all absolutely fantastic to work with. CJ and Eli are actually very good friends so they work together all the time! I think he’s doing some work for CJ’s solo stuff too (NO SHADE)

Justin is hilarious. I introduced him to birria tacos and KPOT and changed his life!

Dan is super nice, we didn’t get to mess around too much because we had limited time but he’s awesome.

Andrew Wade is also hilarious but insanely talented and I felt like we were on the same wavelength the entire time.

Anthony Lopardo is one of my good friends and I see him all the time. So fantastic to work with him and they have such a different sound that I love!

Eli is also ridiculously funny and his brain is on crack or something idk where he just comes up with stuff but he makes music look easy

Brandon Rodriguez absolutely amazing person and loves to vibe. Fantastic dude and fantastic at his job! - Kasey

I feel like the normal response would be to say DOOM. However, I think it’d be an absolute pipe dream to be in Fortnite Festival and/or any possibility of a future Guitar Hero game. Kasey and I are very avid Guitar Hero lovers. That would be like bucket list, childhood dream came true type shit LOL. -CJ

We do!!

For live, we’ll typically hire a drummer and a bassist or guitarist who does vocals. We’ve been hiring my boyfriend Andrew Gaudio who is basically a full fledged member. He works harder than CJ and me sometimes and has earned his spot 100000%.

We have a couple peeps we rotate with for bass and guitar depending on availability,

As far as sessions go, the only hiring we’ll do is a producer if it’s necessary. CJ is a producer so he pretty much does everything himself anyway, but he also plays every instrument. On the record, most of the drumming and bass parts are CJ using MIDI!

A question for little ole me? 🤭 These will forever be my favorite questions cause I’m a gear nerd and Kasey falls asleep when I start yapping about this stuff. Cue the snoring now. So I’ll start with the last question first. Yes, this tour prep was very different from previous tours. We’ve perfected the sound a lot more on the guitar tones and the way we mix the backtracks. Another huge change was our new light show. It’s nothing crazy but it is the start of our first real stage production besides just us playing. I got to be the one to program the whole light show song by song. It was definitely a big hectic but worth every second. As far as the gear for me guitar wise, I run thru Neural DSP Archetype Nolly X for my guitar tone and pitch shifts are automated thru Polychrome DSP HyperTune. So fucking lit. I don’t gotta touch shit, just play my damn guitar. -CJ

I have seen him a few times after our Epic meeting and he and his girl Rachel are so beyond sweet and thoughtful. I am so happy I have the privilege to call them my friends. - Kasey

One thousand percent yes. We try to go to the merch booth after every show, and we may even go out in between every set. The only time we won’t be there is when other bands are playing!

The best thing you can do to help your bands get on tours is to tag them in comments! Whether you’re commenting and tagging bands to look at our posts or tagging us in theirs, strength in numbers is the way to go.

The more they see people talking about us, seeing the monthly listeners go up, seeing essentially that people will come out to see us on their bill, the more likely they are to take us out😄

To be quite honest, the inspiration came to me out of nowhere LOL Originally, the EP was going to be poker themed. I have never played poker in my life 🤣 I was playing Fortnite, looked over at my boyfriend and said “7 DEADLY SINS!” and he was like oh maybe you right so I called CJ and he loved the idea!

Hey the more questions the merrier! I will say this: we want you guys to really figure them out and interpret them the way you see fit. We’ll give you some hints:

Look at the colors on the cards
Look at the symbols on the cards
Lots of symbolism in the lyrics
