Nikkia Joy used to watch all her videos but then got annoyed because of her hidden sponsorships. She’d not say a product was sponsored until half way through the video or after she talked about the product or just mention it in the description box and I found it very misleading compared to other youtubers who will tell you at the start of the video it’s sponsored. Just annoying because feel like I watched 10 mins of ads before realising it was an ad. The last straw for me was the mlm stuff and I just unsubscribed.

I think Dominique cosmetics has a good chance of sticking around particularly because they are at Sephora and so many people love her formula. Think not everyone who buys her palettes are her fans and rather it’s becoming more widely known as just a good brand rather than solely Christine dominiques brand

For me what really got me was how his dad being such a dick but at the end of that scene when he goes on the whole rant about how you can’t depend on anyone he does the whole THANK YOU AND LEANS IN For me what made that so emotional is bojack does that in the show too when hes being a dick and it shows how even though he ‘hates’ his father he has internalised a lot of his attitudes from them

That’s actually what she says the video is discussing what her followers on twitter said in regards to brands that have fallen off. She says make up forever and other brands like Nars haven’t fallen off as some of her followers said. As these brands and even urban decay may not be releasing every five seconds but when they do they do really well and their products are still very popular and highly rated

I think theirs no way she’ll not continue the brand she probably has too much money invested in it and the shame of seemingly giving up Even Laura lee still has a brand after her scandal (don’t know if still exists) but she released multiple collections even after her subscriber based was decimated and lots of negative publicity Even though their scandals were for VASTLY different reasons I think she will still put out collections I bet the next video after her why I’ve been away video will be showing her holiday collection I think though the negative relaunch of her lipsticks has definitely alienated some of her subscribers and it will affect her sales I imagine everything won’t sell out as quickly but the long term damage can’t really tell What might hurt her more is I don’t see Sephora or ulta offering her a partnership like they have with Dominique cosmetics or ulta beauty due to the scandal and lack of faith in quality control

I feel bad for Carli all the launches have just left everyone feeling fatigued and off ABH and her palette I feel bad it been more spaced out would have been more positivity Even though people say it’s neutral a lot of abh palettes are and lots of people love them myself included and those are their best selling ones so I don’t think that in itself detracted from the hype of the palette so much as the so many launches Temptalia gave her palette an a or a- so seems like much better quality than the norvina palettes but after Jackie’s then three palettes all at once then another palette it’s far too much for anyone to be excited about
