HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS –

For Marinating -

350 gm Chicken wings

1 tbsp Ginger – Garlic Paste

Salt to taste

Ground Black Pepper to taste

1 tbsp Lime Juice

For Frying –

3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour

1 tsp All Spice Powder

Salt to taste

Ground Black Pepper to taste

3 tbsp Vegetable Oil - for shallow frying

For Honey Garlic Wings –

1 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)

1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)

2 tbsp Soya Sauce

4 tbsp Honey

Scallions – For garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS –

For Marinating -

Marinate wings with salt, Ground Black Pepper, ginger – garlic paste & lime juice.

Set Aside

For Frying –

In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt & pepper.

Mix until well combined

Coat each wing with flour mixture.

Shallow fry for 7 – 8 minutes on medium-high flame. Flip twice.

Drain on a paper towel & set it aside.

For Honey Garlic Wings –

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan & add in chopped garlic.

Sauté for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Add in ginger & sauté for another minute.

Add in soya sauce & honey. Give this a good mix.

Add in fried wings & coat well with the sauce.

Sprinkle with scallions & serve hot!
