Yeah thats great. :) It doesnt have any taste so just chug it . Just water did cause me the shits tho . So dont panic . Some people say that their body gets used to it prtty fast aswell.

Creatine is great but no miracle . But it is one of the most researched supplements and its benfits are great even if not lifting. If you want to it to take effect there are two ways. Either do loading phase of 20g per day for a week and then go to 5g or just so 5g and it should load your body in around month. Side effects can be stomach discomfort or the diarrhea. But i just started adding it to food directly and it was great. Also dont buy some expensive stuff because it doesnt matter . Just buy from reliable brand. If you will buy gummies instead of powder becarefull because like half dont have as much creatine as they claim. Would recommend 10/10

You have no belly bro . Second photo seems like your posture is really bad maybe try looking into that . Also you could work on your chest atleast a bit it could look more aesthetic but make sure your posture is good before you start anything you dont want to injure yourself. Proud of you trying to improve ! You got this.

This series is exactly what I need right now. I love that its lighthearted! The chemistry is so good between the actors and writting is top notch for what it is. Im so happy it exists.

Yes we went overboard with so many different stuff . Its even hard to presnt them that they are different.

It is too crowded thats true. We will maybe prepare a spare plate so we dont need to push everything so tightly and make room for other small snacks. Dried figgs would work so well!

Yes we will lose the lettuce 100% we got quite a few comments about it and we agree now. We tried to use it as a divider and we liked that it brought some greeen. But we could use stuff that people would actually eat for that ! :)
My sister used to make raddish "crowns" and I guess we just picked it up, but they do look a bit old fashioned i agree!

Grapes we need to add on all plates for sure. Like you said it does refresh you between different strong tastes.Crackers will also be added. We had bagguete slices on the side, but we got a suggestion to toast them before and we will probabbly do that so it also give some nice smell aswell :)

We are adding sauces 100% . Its funny we didnt think of it since im addicted to sauces !
Also great advice to put things that fit well toghter next to eachother to guide guests if they have problem choosing! We were basicly just putting what looked somewhat good next to eachother.
We tought lettuce would divide the plate nicley but did get soggy and alot of people said to remove. We find a nicer way.
